Assuming you are sleeping 8 hours a day by the old rule, you are actually wasting time. Time is precious, much more than money itself.
Think of a plan where you can get up half an hour early everyday and sleep half an hour late on ever working day than your usual time. You will end up gaining 5 to 6 hours every week.
This is more than 300 hours in the whole year. So by each year end,your productivity has increased by more than 300 hours. Use these 300 hours to do things that mean a lot to you. Or do nothing and just meditate half an hour every morning
Just make it a habit to sleep less and see how you rise in your life..
