G-Phone -The New Google Cell Phone

The New Google Cell Phone is almost here. Just wait for an year and see how Google changes your mobile experience. Gphone is the most speculated name for the new Google Mobile Phone.

 

Google is in talks with Orange cell phone service provider company, and it may launch its new product google cell phone, or Gmobile by early 2008. Though Google or Orange has not made any public announcement about the Google Mobile plans, the talks between them looks like we are going to see a Google Cell Phone soon.

Google has already made its applications like Gtalk and Gmail compatible to mobiles and its local search is improving. Together, this seems to eb the base for a google based mobile Also, as Google has already acquired Android, the company that specializes, compression systems in web to mobiel devices, the speculation of launch of G Mobile does not seem a far thing today.

It is beign assumes the Google and Orange will co-brand the device and will carry a google suite fo application meant only for the Google Mobile.

Web Reports on GMobile

The Observer of London is reporting that Google might be working with HTC and mobile telecom giant Orange to build a Google Mobile Phone, which could possibly have Google software inside the device, and would be able to do many of the web tasks smartly. The device, article speculates, could go on sale in 2008.
